The Provincial Court of Valencia condemns a hotel to compensate the singer Daddy Yankee<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The Provincial Court of Valencia has ordered a hotel to pay compensation to the famous reggaeton artist Daddy Yankee<\/em><\/a>. The singer will have to be compensated in the amount of more than 830,000 euros, plus legal interest, as a result of the theft of several pieces of jewellery from the hotel room in which he stayed during his stay.<\/p>\n

The sentence<\/strong><\/a> of the Audiencia to which we refer overturns a decision of the 21st Court of First Instance of Valencia which had rejected the claim.<\/p>\n

The sentence<\/strong><\/a> considers that the robbery would not have been possible without the collaboration, albeit ignored, of the hotel staff, who failed to comply with the security and surveillance regulations that were required of them.<\/p>\n
