Complaints Channel - Money laundering prevention

FMSB offers this Complaints Channel as part of its Information System to facilitate the reporting of possible breaches under Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the protection of whistleblowers and the fight against corruption.

This channel guarantees the confidentiality of the informant and of any third parties mentioned, as well as data protection, preventing access by unauthorised personnel. It should not be used for general complaints or personal opinions unrelated to regulatory breaches.

The available channels of communication are:
In writing: using the anonymous form or by email to canaldedenuncias@fmsb.eu.
Verbally: with prior request from the informant, in a meeting (in person, online or by telephone) within seven days.
